The workout today at the gym was:
1 mile run
100 pullups
100 pushups
100 situps
100 squats
1 mile run
I substituted jumping pullups, and half-pushups plus kettle bell swings. My total time was 52:08. I got the first mile done in 8:48 which is pretty good for me at this point.
